Digital Product Licence

When you buy a digital asset from RM Creative — a LUT pack, a preset pack, or any other downloadable file — you are buying a licence to use it, not ownership of the file itself. This page explains exactly what that licence allows.

The licence begins when your payment is verified and continues indefinitely, unless you break the terms below.

Nest Pro has a separate subscription licence

The perpetual asset licence below applies to purchased creative files. Nest Pro software instead follows the trial, subscription, one-Mac and online-verification terms described in our Terms. You may use Nest Pro to produce personal and commercial work while your access is active. You may not redistribute the app, share activation, remove its ownership notices, or sell it under another name. Third-party components keep their own licences and notices, including any applicable source-code rights; these software restrictions do not override those rights.

You may

• Use the files on unlimited personal projects.
• Use the files on unlimited commercial and client projects — wedding films, reels, advertisements, YouTube videos, paid client work — and keep everything you earn from that work.
• Use the files on any device you personally own.
• Modify, adjust and combine the files to suit your own edit.
• Deliver the finished video to your client, and let them publish or monetise that video.

You may not

• Share, send, upload or resell the files themselves — including to friends, colleagues, students, clients, Telegram groups, Google Drive folders, or any public or private site.
• Include the files in another product, pack, bundle or template that you sell or give away.
• Claim the files as your own creation, or sell them under your own brand.
• Use the files to build a competing LUT pack, preset pack or asset store.
• Share your download link. Links are private, time-limited and issued to one buyer.

The short version: sell what you make with the files, not the files.

Team and studio use

The standard licence covers one person. If several editors in a studio need to use the same pack, message us on WhatsApp — we will work out a fair arrangement rather than have you buy the same thing repeatedly.

Updates and re-downloads

If we release an updated version of a pack you have bought, you will get it at no extra cost. Download links are time-limited for security. If your link expires before you managed to save the files, contact us with your payment ID and we will issue a fresh one — there is no charge for that, and no limit on reasonable re-download requests.

We recommend keeping your own backup of the files once downloaded.

Credit

Credit is appreciated but never required. You do not have to mention RM Creative in your videos.

If the licence is broken

If files are redistributed or resold, the licence ends immediately and we may take further action. We would much rather never have to do this — these packs are made by one working editor, and redistribution takes directly from that work.
