Privacy Policy

RM Creative runs rmcreative.in to offer video editing courses and digital creative assets. This page explains what information we collect and how it is used. We have kept it short and plain, because a privacy policy you cannot read is not much use.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us — your name, phone number and/or email, when you message us on WhatsApp, email us, or submit the enquiry or waitlist form on this site. We use these for admissions and general enquiries.
• Enquiry details — what you asked about, and which course or product you were interested in, so we can reply usefully and remember the conversation.
• Payment information — when you buy a digital asset, payment is processed entirely by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank details — only a payment confirmation and the amount paid.
• Basic technical data — standard web request data such as IP address and browser type, collected automatically by our hosting provider for security and performance. This is not used to track you as an individual.

How we use it

• To respond to admission and course enquiries.
• To deliver a purchased digital asset securely after payment is verified.
• To contact you about a course, batch or order you have engaged with.
• To let you know when the online course or a new asset launches — but only if you asked us to, by joining a waitlist.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we do not use your data for advertising.

Where your information is stored

Enquiry and waitlist details are stored in a private database hosted by Cloudflare. Only RM Creative has access to it. Digital asset files are kept in private storage that is not publicly listed or linkable.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as they are useful for admissions — typically up to two years — and payment records for as long as required for accounting. You can ask us to delete your details sooner at any time.

Third parties we rely on

• Razorpay — payment processing. See Razorpay’s own privacy policy for how they handle payment data.
• Cloudflare — hosting, security, database and file storage.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — if you choose to message us there, that conversation is governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may store a small amount of data locally to carry your download link from the payment screen to the download page — that stays in your browser and is never sent to us.

Children

This site is intended for adults and for students enrolling with the consent of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what contact information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, at any time — message WhatsApp or email [email protected] and we will action it.
