These terms apply to everyone who uses rmcreative.in, enrols in an RM Creative course, or buys a digital asset from us. By using the site or buying from it, you agree to what is written here.

1. Who we are

RM Creative is a video editing education service run by Rahul Mevada from Vishwakarma Society, Behind Shivam Steel, Tharad Highway, Dhanera – 385310, Banaskantha, Gujarat, India. You can reach us on WhatsApp at +91 96628 93156 or by email at [email protected].

2. What we offer

• Offline video editing course — in-person classroom training in Dhanera, Gujarat.
• Digital assets — downloadable creative files such as colour grading LUTs and motion presets.
• Online course — not yet launched. Anything marked “coming soon” on this site is not available for purchase yet, and listing it here is not an offer to sell.

3. Course enrolment

Enrolment in the offline course is confirmed only after we have agreed the batch, schedule and fee with you directly, and the fee has been received. Batch timings and seat availability are limited and are confirmed on enquiry. The specific fee, schedule and payment terms that apply to you are the ones confirmed to you in writing at the time of admission — those confirmed terms take priority over any general information on this website.

We may need to reschedule a class or a batch start date for practical reasons. If that happens we will tell you as early as we can and give you the revised schedule.

4. Prices and payment

Prices shown on this site are in Indian Rupees (INR). Online payments for digital assets are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank details — only a confirmation that the payment succeeded and the amount paid.

We may change prices at any time. A change in price does not affect an order that has already been paid for.

5. Digital assets and licence

When you buy a digital asset, you are buying a licence to use those files — you are not buying ownership of them. What you may and may not do with the files is set out in our Digital Product Licence, which forms part of these terms.

Download links issued after purchase are private and time-limited. Please do not share them — a shared link may expire or stop working before the intended recipient can use it, and we are not responsible for that.

6. Your responsibilities

• Give accurate contact details so we can reach you about your admission or order.
• Do not copy, record, redistribute or resell our course material or digital assets.
• Editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve) and a computer capable of running it are your responsibility. RM Creative does not supply software licences.
• Behave respectfully towards other learners and staff in the classroom.

7. Intellectual property

Course material, teaching content, this website and all digital assets sold here remain the property of RM Creative. Nothing you buy transfers ownership of that material to you.

Adobe, Premiere Pro, After Effects and DaVinci Resolve are trademarks of their respective owners. RM Creative is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of any of them — we simply teach how to use their software.

8. No guarantee of results

We teach practical editing skills honestly and thoroughly, but we do not promise a job, a client, a particular income, or any specific outcome. What you get out of the training depends on your own practice and effort. See our Disclaimer for more.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, RM Creative’s liability in connection with a course or a digital asset is limited to the amount you actually paid us for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit or lost work opportunities.

Nothing here limits any right you have under Indian consumer law that cannot legally be limited.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the business changes — for example, when the online course launches. The version published on this page is the current one, and the “last updated” date above tells you when it changed.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Banaskantha, Gujarat.
